Crypto Exchange Gemini to List Bitcoin Cash With NYDFS Approval

The Winklevoss-owned Gemini crypto exchange is adding support for bitcoin cash (BCH), the firm announced Friday. Specifically, the New York-based startup is only supporting the fork of bitcoin cash based on the Bitcoin ABC roadmap, and not the alternative version, “Satoshi’s Vision” (SV). Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by adjusted trading volume, has released a new video demo of its decentralized exchange, dubbed Binance DEX, ahead of its launch in early 2019. Coinbase Adds Privacy-Centric Crypto Zcash to Pro Trading Exchange

Crypto exchange Coinbase Pro is adding privacy coin zcash to its listings. The platform announced Thursday that customers can transfer zcash into its professional trading platform, though as with previous additions, users can not yet purchase the token until the exchange has established enough liquidity. A South Korean ICO has defrauded its private sale investors out of roughly 13,500 ETH ($2.8 million) before disappearing from the internet entirely. Crypto Exchange BTCC Is Closing Its Mining Pool Business

Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency exchange BTCC is shutting down its mining pool business, BTCC Pool Limited, after four years in operation. Citing the reason for the closure as “business adjustments,” BTCC Pool said Tuesday that it will shut down all mining servers on Nov. 15 and will cease operations indefinitely from Nov. 30.
